At Boss Babies Learning Academy, we are dedicated to creating a nurturing, stimulating and welcoming environment for all children. Our unique programs incorporate a variety of educational theories, while always keeping the child’s best interest in mind and allowing for hands-on, experiential learning. Our Mission
Innovative & Responsible
At Boss Babies Learning Academy, our mission consists of providing a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe. Our unique Childcare Center offers various activities that are specifically designed to encourage each child’s growth. Through cooperative play and creative activities, kids reach their social, emotional and physical milestones naturally and with ease.
Programs
Infant Program
6 weeks to 18 months
Our Infants program goes far beyond regular daycare. Here, babies are made to feel safe, secure, and happy. This class gives warm, caring teachers an opportunity to bond and develop trust with little ones. Each child has a primary caregiver who will guide your child’s development and be your main point of contact. In this classroom, children will experience a nurturing classroom environment with stimulating activities and educational toys. Boss Babies LA follows an exclusive milestone-based curriculum.
Toddler Program
18 months to 36 months
These energetic little ones are growing and learning, so we channel their energy into positive learning moments by giving them ample room to move and explore. Here, toddlers receive encouragement and guidance toward the growth of their physical skills and emerging milestones. At Boss Babies LA teachers create immersive learning experiences by guiding care in our five classroom areas.
Preschool Program
3 years old to 5 years old
For active learners, Preschool is a crucial stop on the journey toward elementary school and future academic success. Active, hands-on early childhood learning experiences guide children’s development in key school readiness skills. Our Preschool program is centered on building independence, communication skills, hands-on learning, literacy, and number concepts. Six dynamic learning areas give preschoolers the opportunity to experience a wealth of independent activities.
Before and Afterschool Care
School Age up to 12 years old
Boss Babies Learning Academy provides a fun and safe place for school age students during after school hours. We provide positive interaction with caring adult role models. Our goal is to encourage and develop life skills, respect for others, and positive social interaction. Staff introduce and engage youth in positive, potential life-long recreational pursuits while providing an academic focus with time to complete homework, reading and play.

Boss Babies Learning Academy accepts childcare subsidy from Nassau and Suffolk County.
Tuition rates vary based on the age of your child, and how many days of care you’re looking for—but no matter where you live, you can feel confident in the Boss Babies Learning Academy experience. We put the safety of your child first, we hire educators with a real love for teaching children, and we’ll make sure your kids are more than ready for kindergarten.

Health and Safety
Protective Mask:
Face coverings are required for all adults entering the building. All school age children will be required to wear masks throughout the school day.​
Limited Classroom Access:
Parents are asked to remain in lobby while waiting for your child. If possible please let us know when you are on your way so we can prepare your child for pick up.
Taking Temperatures:
We are screening everyone (STAFF, children, parents, visitors, etc) upon arrival for temperature and evident symptoms.
Wellness Checks:
Regular wellness checks are being conducted throughout the day. The parents of unwell children are notified immediately, to help stop the spread of illness.
Enhanced Health Practices:
More frequent hand washing and increased cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting of surfaces and items in classrooms.
Keeping Families Connected
Growing is a shared experience. Thats why we're committed to providing simple ways to keep you connected throughout the day while your child is in our care. Being apart can be a challenge. Our procare application helps you to receive live updates as well as directly communicate with staff. Parents can share access with other people (family members, etc).
